💗 Pwees Custom Designs Return & Refund Policy
Returns
Because every item is handmade or personalized specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom or personalized products unless the item arrives damaged or we made an error.
Please double-check all names, dates, colors, spellings, sizes, and customization details before placing your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
- Photos of the shipping packaging (if applicable)
Once reviewed, we'll gladly replace the item or issue an appropriate solution at no additional cost.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not already begun.
Once production starts, cancellations cannot be accepted because materials and labor have already been invested into your custom order.
Non-Custom Items
If an item is not personalized and is eligible for return:
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery
- Return within 30 days
- Item must be unused and in its original condition
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless we made an error
Digital Downloads
Due to the nature of digital products, all digital download sales are final.
No refunds or exchanges are offered after purchase.
Color Disclaimer
Please note that colors may vary slightly due to differences in monitor settings, printer settings, and lighting.
Minor color variations are not considered defects.
Handmade Disclaimer
Every item is individually handmade with care.
Small variations may occur and are part of the unique nature of handcrafted products.
Shipping Delays
Once your package has been shipped, Pwees Custom Designs is not responsible for delays caused by USPS or other shipping carriers.
We are always happy to help locate a package and assist with filing carrier claims when appropriate.
Lost Packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please:
- Check with neighbors
- Check around your property
- Contact your local post office
Unfortunately, we cannot replace packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
