💕 Processing Time

Most orders are handmade after they are placed.

Our typical processing times are:

Tumblers & Drinkware 3–7 business days
Apparel 3–7 business days
Planners & Stationery 2–5 business days
Digital Downloads Instant Delivery

During holidays, product launches, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

If additional time is needed, we'll contact you as soon as possible.


🚚 Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped through trusted carriers such as:

  • USPS Ground Advantage
  • USPS Priority Mail (when selected)
  • UPS (for larger orders)

Shipping options available at checkout may vary depending on your location and order size.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout based on:

  • Package weight
  • Package size
  • Shipping destination
  • Selected shipping method

Occasionally we may offer free shipping promotions.


📦 Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after your package has been scanned by the carrier.


📬 Delivery Estimates

Estimated shipping times after your order ships:

  • USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days
  • USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days

These are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed.


⚠️ Shipping Delays

While we work hard to ship orders on time, Pwees Custom Designs cannot guarantee carrier delivery dates.

Weather conditions, holidays, carrier delays, and unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery times.


📫 Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please verify your shipping address before completing your purchase.

Pwees Custom Designs is not responsible for packages shipped to an address provided incorrectly by the customer.

If your package is returned to us because of an incorrect address:

  • The customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs.
  • We will contact you to arrange reshipment.

📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked Delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

If your package cannot be located:

  • Check around your property.
  • Ask household members or neighbors.
  • Contact your local post office.

We'll gladly help you file a claim with the carrier if needed.


💔 Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

Please contact us within 5 days of delivery at:

🌎 International Shipping

At this time, Pwees Custom Designs currently ships within the United States only.


🎄 Holiday Shipping

Holiday seasons are our busiest time of year.

To ensure your gifts arrive on time, we recommend placing orders as early as possible.

Please note that carrier delays become more common during November and December.
