2. Custom & Personalized Orders
Many of our products are custom-made specifically for each customer.
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- All names, dates, spellings, colors, and personalization details are correct.
- You have permission to use any logos, photos, or artwork you submit.
- You understand that personalized items cannot be resold once created.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all customization details before submitting an order.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Applicable sales tax and shipping charges will be calculated during checkout where required.
4. Payments
Payment is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon for approved custom orders.

Orders will not begin production until payment has been received.

Minor color variations are not considered defects.

Pwees Custom Designs is not responsible for copyright or trademark infringement related to customer-provided materials.
12. Limitation of Liability
Pwees Custom Designs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the item ordered.

16. Design Approval
For custom orders requiring design proofs, customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving all mockups before production begins. Once final approval is received, Pwees Custom Designs is not responsible for errors that were present in the approved design, including spelling, grammar, dates, colors, or layout.
